We would like to notify you of an upcoming maintenance of all our Stardekk Products on Thursday 9 March (Time CET 2:00 A.M. - 6:00 A.M.)
Our products (Cubilis, Bookingplanner, Websitemanager…) will not be reachable in this period and communication with partners may be interrupted. It will not be possible to push reservations or availability/price/restrictions updates to Cubilis during the maintenance. Updates and reservations will be resend if the partner supports this.
We recommend to: 1) Verify if you received all reservations from your connected partners in Cubilis and in your PMS after this maintenance. If not, please add the reservation manually in Cubilis or in your PMS.
2) Not making any changes to our products on e.g. price, availability, close dates, add reservations… during the scheduled maintenance. So we recommend postponing this until the maintenance is completed (we will let you know when the maintenance is completed on https://status.stardekk.com). If you still make changes in Cubilis during the scheduled maintenance, we cannot guarantee that partners will receive these changes.
3) If you work with scheduled reports by e-mail in Bookingplanner and you have scheduled reports between CET 2:00 A.M. - 6:00 A.M., you can download the report manually from Bookingplanner by 6 A.M. when Bookingplanner is reachable again.
